By creating an account or using pkrm.in you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; the legal force is in the plain language.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
- No abuse, scraping, or automated misuse of the service.
- No illegal content or use that violates a third party's rights.
- No reverse-engineering of the platform's protected components.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the plan you select. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. We perform planned maintenance with notice; unplanned downtime is reported on our status page and through in-app notifications.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify active users in advance of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
